Frank A. DiPiero serves as executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of TimkenSteel Corporation. 
Frank is responsible for the legal, trade and compliance functions, and government affairs functions. He is experienced in advising corporations, senior management and boards of directors on corporate law and commercial law; corporate governance; antitrust issues; mergers and acquisitions; international law; and litigation.
Frank has served in similar legal roles for other corporations since 1995, including Goodrich Corporation and TRW Inc. His law career began in 1982 with internationally known Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, where he was a partner.
Frank also serves as a trustee of the TimkenSteel Charitable Fund, as well as a board member for Habitat for Humanity East Central Ohio, where he acts as secretary and is a member of the board's executive committee.
He has a juris doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law and a bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University.
